Self-Care in this COVID period
This is an uncertain period for us all - rules and regulations changing, mixed messages and confusion seem to be the main outtakes.
It's now more important than ever to set aside time for self-care.
Whatever you chose to do - be that meditation, yoga, exercise or knitting - do whatever you want to take the time to quiet the mind - check in with yourself and really see how you are.
If the answers aren't good, then ask yourself what you can do within the things you can control and make some changes to get on a more positive footing.
Just as a downward spiral is hard to break, so too positive momentum can be hard to stop!
Whatever is good for the soul, do that.
