The continued and extending impact of COVID-19 continues and within these times we have to look after ourselves and each other.
Possibly the biggest part of this is to look after our Mental Health. We spend more time than anything within our own head - we cannot escape it; it needs to be as calm and clear as we can possibly make it. Meditation can help - counselling can help.
